Under CCPA, “Sell” means and includes:

"Selling, renting, releasing, disclosing, disseminating, making available, transferring, or otherwise communicating orally, in writing, or by electronic or other means, a consumer’s personal information by the business to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration."

Verkaso does not sells your personal information in exchange for any monetary or other valuable consideration, but it shares your personal information with some its third-party service providers for availing and delivering the required services. Verkaso believes in being transparent with its customers and hence provided the opt-out facility for the consumers to exercise their privacy right.
